Familiarity, nice style, not pretending anything, good service, nice employees, clean, decent and trustworthy and very cozy..

The people were nice, the rooms were clean, breakfast was ok.

Internet did not work properly.

Good location, 10 min. From railway Station!

Very small numbers, problems with water supply, poor internet!

The location is very good. I also like the stuffs and breakfast in the morning.

The building has elevator, but in the two storied hotel only stair, if you get room upstairs, you must carry up your luggage on narrow stair. At breakfast we suffered the lack of personnel, we had to wait long for clean up of table and service of coffee.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was satisfactory.

The bathroom was covered with hair when we first arrived. We waited for the morning for them to clean it but we eventually saw that they didn't clean it during housekeeping either. And I guess that there were bugs or mosquitos in the room since my legs were all itchy and red after my stay at this hotel. And plus, the room rate was way too high for the comfort we got.

The room was quite big and both room and bathroom were very spacious. The hotel was nice decorated with variety of details, wich is not so common. It clearly has good quality/price relationship.

The building is very old, but this does not affect to the hotel. It sometimes has noise coming from outside at night, but not always.

Its cleaning service and air conditor were aowfull

The staff were phenomenal. They were very friendly and helpful.

We had to get used to walking up 4 flights of stairs, and issues associated with an old building. However, the oldness of the building and its nuances grew on us and added to the charm.

Very nice hotel with very good location-close to the train station and the city centre- about 15 min. walk.We travelled as family of four and used quarter room,The room was big with enough space for four people and lovely view to the city centre and Del Doumo. Basic breakfast with nice coffee.

Hotel was in a nice place across from a park and was walking distance from everything.

The bed was less than desirable and the breakfast was a little light.

Not sure but think they had bed bugs. We got lots of bites. I know they had mosquitoes and little flies. We had to keep the windows closed to prevent bugs but we still got torn up. Took several days to get over them

The staff was nice and the view was very picturesque. Its about 5-10 min from the railway station, and not far from the center

Small room and extremly small bathroom! As usual in italy breakfast was very poor

The hotel is quite central and is walking distance to many attractions in the city. Its about 10 minutes walk to the famous leather market and piazza duomo. The hotel room is quite small but it was ok as we were gone mostly during the day and only came back at night. The hotel staff are very friendly and very accomodating. The breakfast selection is very limited but the best cappacino I've tasted in life! :)
